PROGRAMS 

TEDDY BEARS : Cops for Kids of  provides hundreds of Teddy Bears to Law Enforcement Agencies, EMS, Fire and Rescue, and Children’s Services throughout the State. These teddy bears are given to children involved in traumatic situations like: Automobile accidents, house fires, child neglect and domestic violence. Studies have shown, giving a child something to comfort them and to hold on to during a crisis helps to prevent them from going into shock and suffer other severe trauma.

BUCKS FOR BOOTS : Many children do not have clothing warm enough for winter. Cops for kids of  provides funding to help make sure underprivileged children throughout the state have adequate coats and boots for the winter months.

SHOP WITH A COP : During the holiday season, many families can’t afford to purchase gifts for their children. Cops for Kids makes it possible for many underprivileged kids to go on a shopping spree with a local police officer. Not only will the child experience the joy of the holiday season, but they will create a bond between themselves and law enforcement officer
